According to Guangming Network News, on January 11, the National Industrial and Information Technology Work Conference held in Beijing proposed that in 2023, the development of the information and communication industry will be accelerated, policies and measures will be introduced to promote the coordinated development of new information infrastructure construction, the construction of 5G and gigabit optical networks will be accelerated, the construction of "broadband frontier" will be started, and the research and development of 6G technology will be comprehensively promoted. According to reports, by the end of 2022, China has built and opened more than 2.3 million 5G base stations, and the construction of new data centers has achieved remarkable results. The average broadband and private line tariffs for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises have been reduced by more than 10%.
